Strategic Plan
During the 2022-2023 school year, the Immaculate Heart of Mary School Advisory Board began the process to develop a strategic plan for Immaculate Heart of Mary School that would guide the school in the next five years.
The School Advisory Board focused on four core areas in the development of this plan, which align with the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools: 1) Mission and Catholic Identity, 2) Academic Excellence 3) Governance and Leadership, and 4) Operational Vitality.
The Strategic Plan would not have been possible without the members of the Immaculate Heart of Mary School Advisory Board. We express our sincere appreciation to the members of the School Advisory Board for their dedication and commitment to Immaculate Heart of Mary School.
Please take the time to review the methodology that resulted in the development of goals and objectives for the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.
