Admissions tours are scheduled by calling the school office at (650) 593-4265, by emailing our School Principal, Mrs. Andrea Harville, or by completing the Contact Us Form on our Contact Us Page. We look forward to sharing our IHM Cougar spirit with you!
Step Two – Submit an Application
Parents may contact the school office (650) 593-4265 for an application form or download the forms below:

Priority application deadline is February 15, 2022.
Step Three – Attend an Interview
While your child completes their Admissions Assessment, our School Principal will meet with both parents/guardians to discuss students goals and strengths.
Step Four – Acceptance
We email our acceptance letters in February. TK/Kindergarten Registration Fees are due Friday, February 25, 2022 and Grades 1-8 Registration Fees are due Tuesday, March 1, 2022 for the 2022-23 school year. Kindergarten Round Up 2022
Immaculate Heart of Mary School will begin its Kindergarten Round Up on February 1, 2022! If you are a parent of a prospective Kindergartener for the 2022–23 school year, please email Mrs. Harville at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your school tour today and to set up an appointment for your child's Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA). KRAs are being scheduled for February 1 – February 11. Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2022.
